Outer Banks cleaning prices can vary depending on the size of the home, how the property is used, and what needs to be handled between visits or guest stays. We show our starting ranges here so you can get a realistic idea of cost before requesting a quote.

Every rental turn includes the cleaning, our final Guest-Ready Check, and completion photos.

Clean linens need to be ready at the property or handled through an agreed linen setup. Full-house laundry is quoted separately.

Laundry & linens
Laundry service is available by request. We recommend a two-set linen system so beds can be reset without waiting on washer and dryer cycles. Laundry is quoted separately.

These are typical every-other-week starting ranges. Weekly cleaning may cost less per visit. Monthly or one-time cleaning may cost more.

Second homes
Arrival cleaning, departure cleaning, and seasonal second-home work are quoted by the job because the schedule and condition can vary a lot.
Deep cleaning
Also quoted by the job. We agree on the scope first instead of treating a real deep clean like a small add-on.

Guest-Ready Check only
We can do the final visual turnover check without taking over the cleaning.

This is a turnover quality check, not a licensed home inspection.
Why “starting at”?
A two-bedroom condo and a six-bedroom beach house don’t take the same amount of time to walk, photograph, and verify. We confirm the rate after seeing the property.

We keep the public price list short.
Things like appliance interiors, heavy-condition cleanup, rush work, laundry, or unusual property needs are discussed when they actually apply.
We’d rather give you a clear quote for your home than make you sort through a long list of fees before we’ve even seen the place.
